Arcade exact (for better & worse).

This is a perfect port of the game which slayed arcades, circa 1990. All 3 characters are here. All of the enemies are here. All of the moves are here. The insanely high, bordering on sadistic level of difficulty is here. Thankfully, so are infinite continues.

But this is all there is to Final Fight. Never mind the graphics. Never mind the sound. All of the gameplay innovations introduced in later examples of the beat em up genre are absent.

If all youre looking for is a perfect port of a classic arcade title, this will suit you well. But if youre looking for a primo example of this genre, try Streets of Rage 2 by Sega.
